Declaration of Semi-Independence

The Unanimous Declaration of Semi-Independence:

Of the Constitutional Republic of Graceazona to the United States of America and the Great State of Arizona:
When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation as a Semi-Independent Micro-Nation yet still living under all Constitutional Laws and Regulations required by the true Constitutional Republic of the United States of America that our founding fathers gave us. Equally, the Constitutional Republic of Graceazona will comply with the Constitution, Laws, and regulations of the Great State of Arizona and earnestly seek sovereign protection and respect for the sovereignty of the meager territory and properties of the Constitutional Republic of Graceazona; for which, we agree to continue to pay all of our Arizona taxes and act as law abiding citizens of the State of Arizona. We also will pay all legally required taxes to the government of the United States of America and to the State of Arizona. We the people of the Constitutional Republic of Graceazona respect the “Rule of Law” and only desire to live in peace and harmony with all peoples and nations. Since we will continue as law abiding citizens of the United States of America and the Great State of Arizona, we are simply asking that our individual liberties and independence be respected within the confines of our small Micro-National Territory.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal (not collectively, but individually), that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.—Such has been the patient sufferance of these two citizens; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of government. The history of the President’s of the United States of America (since Woodrow Wilson) is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these two citizens. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world:
1.         These Presidents have refused their assent to Constitutional Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
2.         These Presidents have forbidden the governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till their assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, they have utterly neglected to attend to them (e.g. the lack of Border Security, which places our life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in grave peril).
3.         These Presidents have refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only (i.e. Health Care Reform, restrictions to free enterprise, and Economic Stimulus pork bills all against the will of the majority).
4.         These Presidents have called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with their measures.
5.         These Presidents have dissolved and divested representative houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness their invasions on the rights of the people. This has been accomplished by empowering un-elected “czars” and subverting, thus usurping the powers of the Legislative Branch of the United States of America.
6.         These Presidents have refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the legislative powers, incapable of annihilation, have returned to the people at large for their exercise; the state remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within. We are not secure from enemies foreign and domestic and our borders are porous and can easily be penetrated by terrorists, narco-traffickers, and numerous International Criminal Organizations and other elements.
7.         These Presidents have endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands by terrorists, foreign criminal organizations, and narco-traffickers (e.g. Unsafe corridors within the borders of the United States and Arizona, which now are controlled by foreign enemies and gravely dangerous to United States citizens).
8.         These Presidents have obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing their assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers. They have chosen not to prosecute domestic terrorists, such as the New Black Panthers and illegal alien sanctuary cities. Instead, they are prosecuting the State of Arizona for desiring to assist the Federal government by protecting United States citizens from foreign criminal and terrorist invaders.
9.         These Presidents have made judges dependent on their will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries and tyrants within the Legislature have been duplicitous against the will of the citizens of the United States of America.
10.       These Presidents have erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance. They have grown government agencies and granted them powers that are clearly in violation of the Constitution of the United States of America and caused our citizens unsustainable debt.
11.       These Presidents have and are imposing taxes on us without our consent.
12.       These Presidents have been taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments and changing our Constitutional Republic into an “Elitist Socialist Progressive Statist Oligarchy”.

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
We, therefore, the representatives of the Constitutional Republic of Graceazona, in General Congress, assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority of the good people of this semi-independent micro-nation, solemnly publish and declare, that these united peoples are, and of right ought to be free and a semi-independent state. We are absolved from some allegiance to the current government of the United States of America, and that some emotional, attitudinal, spiritual, and certain political connection between us and the current government of the United States of America, is and ought to be partially revised in accordance with  the Constitution of the United States of America; and that as a free and semi-independent state, we have full power to conclude peace, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which other semi-independent states and independent states may of right do. We humbly ask that the Great State of Arizona to protect and defend our right to exist as the semi-independent micro-nation of the Constitutional Republic of Graceazona. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.
The Bottom-Line: We can enhance the revenues and treasuries of, and to, the United States of America and the Great State of Arizona by being recognized as the sovereign micro-nation semi-independent Constitutional Republic of Graceazona. We will continue to pay all taxes and abide by all Federal and State Laws as citizens of the United States of America and the State of Arizona. We merely desire to creatively pursue free enterprise under the sovereign authority of the Constitutional Republic of Graceazona, by printing, marketing and selling collector limited edition postage stamps, providing citizenship with passports, and the like to kind peace loving souls of good humor. We do not wish to take any State’s or Nation’s physical territory. We just desire that our address: (8638 E. Placita Pueblo Bonito, Tucson, Arizona 85710-2676) be officially recognized as the Constitutional Republic of Graceazona. This is only an act of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Additionally, please don’t forget we want our borders secured from foreign terrorists, criminals, and other foreign elements who wish us harm. We need the US Border Patrol on the borders, not in the Base Exchange at Davis-Monthan AFB. We need to treat these narco-traffickers as enemy combatants. They virtually control Mexico and they will soon control our government as well. If this is not a war on our country, I sure do not know what could be classified as one. You are well aware that the illegal narcotics business earns more untaxed and uncontrolled revenues than earned legitimately by the world’s automobile industry! These narco-traffickers are able to bribe federal employees, small businesses, and large corporations in order to move their products into our country. They are also able to move their illegal revenues, contraband, and arms/weapons back across our borders by using these very same compromised assets and agents. Worst of all, “cut-outs” are being funneled to some politician’s political coffers through these very same small businesses and large corporations who have been cooperating with these International Criminal Organizations. Restore integrity! Restore integrity now.

Open Letter to All who love Individual Liberty


The Constitutional Republic of Graceazona

To: All who love the Constitution of the United States of America and believers in our God given liberties:

I cannot express in words how saddened I am by the prolonged Federal government’s stance on our “Border Security”. Our current Government has enacted laws that steal individual freedom from one group who sovereignly worked for their fruits and this government acting in violation to the Constitution of the United States of America has transferred those fruits of individual labor to those who did not work and earn these fruits. These plundering injustices are rooted in man’s greed and false sense of philanthropy. This is a perversion of the law and destroys its very purpose.  The purpose of the “Law” is to prevent injustice from reigning. Law is force and should be solely constrained to preventing injustice.

It is not my desire to attack anyone’s intentions, or anyone’s moral values. I can judge no man, only the Sovereign God can see into the hearts of mankind.

There are two kinds of plunder: 1. Illegal plunder...theft and 2. Legal plunder...also theft!

God has granted every human being a right to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness. Godly men should establish laws to protect the individual's right to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness; which our founding fathers gave to us: (two perversions remained and caused a Civil War: 1. Slavery and 2. Tariffs)

These two perversions had to be dealt with, or they would have destroyed the God given rights of each individual and transformed our Republic into a tyrannical state. This nation is once again in grave danger of reaching that condition of tyranny due to years of legalized plunder.

LEGAL PLUNDER: Over the years and especially today we have introduced socialism into our governance. Socialism is “Legal Plunder”. It takes property from one who labored to gain property and gives to another individual, or groups, who have not labored for this property. The end point of all of this is loss of life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness (e.g. Nazi Germany, Cuba, Venezuela, the Soviet Union, etc. where many lost their lives, liberties, properties, and pursuits of happiness).

I am not challenging the sincerity of those who are advocates for protectionism, socialism, and communism. Laws that promote these systems negate individual liberty. They are all legal plunder and originate from the same tree. Communism and protectionism are clearly plundering. Communism is total plunder and protectionism is plundering limited to specific groups and industries. Socialism is the most insidious form of plunder and least likely to clearly and overtly show itself to be legal theft.

I have racked my brain attempting to figure out how an old retired guy can make a statement that might resonate. I have seen war and it is not the solution to man’s problems. A return to God is our only choice that will be effective because He is sovereign and has the final say-so in all events of human history. My tendency is to become very saddened, depressed, and paralyzed. I refuse to succumb to that condition. For that reason, I am initiating a step toward becoming a semi-independent, micro-nation, whose territory consists of our home address in Arizona. This may seem to be a joke, but how else can this non-political citizen with no power get the attention of the Government of the United States. It is my peaceful attempt to return to our God given Constitutional Republic. We need all of the support of all patriotic Americans in this perilous world. Maybe this attempt at peaceful rebellion by protest might be of some meager assistance to our citizens of the United States of America and provide enlightenment. All people have the right to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness. The Constitution and the Bible grant these God given rights. The “Progressives” since Woodrow Wilson have eroded these rights to an alarming point, we citizens must act now. With total skepticism and distrust, I look at all of those who seek political office (Democrat and Republican alike). Those who only seek personal power may spout and spew verbal diarrhea about their conservative limited government agenda, but often once in office, they also promote larger government just like their Liberal opponents. They do this because they require larger government to gain even greater power for themselves. This lust for power is evil and a great sin. Jesus has set the perfect example as a suffering servant and He was God incarnate and not a fallen man like all of the rest of us.

It is easy to become very depressed and just vegetate, when I see the country that I love and have risked my life and limb to defend, being turned into a “Progressive Statist Socialist Oligarchy run by Elitists”. I am so afraid that our God given gift of a Constitutional Republic has been stolen from us, or at least very close to being totally dismantled.
